Reviews and Ratings
The hotel has a prime location, right on Gran Via, making it convenient for exploring various parts of Madrid. The rooms are small and poorly appointed in some cases, lacking basic facilities like tea and coffee making amenities. However, the service is friendly and courteous, with some minor inconveniences like early room entry. The dining experience is enjoyable, especially with the option to eat on the terrace. Overall, a stay at this hotel offers a mix of positives and negatives.
My stay at the hotel was quite mixed. The location is fantastic, right on Gran Via street with a beautiful view from the balcony. The rooms, although a bit noisy due to the steel bunk bed, were clean and cozy but not up to a 4-star standard. The service was excellent, especially from Carlos and the staff at the entrance. However, the hotel's central location also meant dealing with noise from the bustling nightlife and police sirens. The dining options were basic, and the facilities were decent.
The hotel is located right on Gran Via, making it very noisy, with small rooms and uncomfortable beds. The staff at reception were unhelpful, not providing basic amenities such as a coffee machine in a four-star setting. However, the central location is perfect for exploring Madrid.
Overall, my stay at the hotel was a pleasant experience with clean and cozy rooms, wonderful service, and a great central location. However, the room size was a bit small, and the dining options could be more varied.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms, although very comfortable and spotlessly clean, were quite small for my liking, and the windows opening to the atrium added a lovely touch. The service was exceptional with friendly and helpful staff, even assisting with travel arrangements. The dining options were decent with standard hotel fare, but the early hours of the am working in hallways were a bit disruptive. The hotel did have some positives, but it fell short on certain aspects.
